- Act with purpose - choosing things that move us forward towards our goals
- Employ self management tools - planning and carrying out purposeful actions
- Developing self discipline - showing commitment, focus and persistence in pursuing our goals and dreams.
This week's blog is all about how you can do the things listed above to achieve your goals. Please respond in at least a paragraph to the following questions.

- Write system about the (or lack of system) that you presently use to decide what you will do each day. There is no "wrong" answer. Consider things like: How do you know what homework to do? When to study for tests? What classes to attend?
- Write about how you could use or adapt one of the self management tools in this chapter to improve your outcomes or experiences. **If you do not want to use any of these tools, explain why.
